What is common between The Elephant Whisperers, an Oscar winning film, Dhajji House, a building in Manali, and a new denim shirt from brand Bodice? On the face of it, nothing. But dig deeper and talk to the people who have directed, designed, conceptualised them and there is common thread that becomes apparent. The work that has gone into them has been powered by Mac and MacBooks.

This is not unusual given that MacBooks have always been popular with people who are doing creative work, whether that is directing a movie, like Whisperers director Kartiki Gonsalves does, or designing a building based on traditional architecture, like Rahul Bhushan does in Himachal. Yet, of late, mostly because of how good the MacBooks have become due to Apple Silicon, that is M series chipsets, they are increasingly finding favour with creators and people doing creative work, even the work at the absolute top level.
