The Commission on Elections (Comelec), sitting as the national board of canvassers (NBOC), on Thursday officially proclaimed three party-lists as the winning party-list groups in the 2025 May elections.
According to Comelec Chairperson George Erwin Garcia, the Abono party-list, Ang Probinsyano party-list and Murang Kuryente party-list will replace the seats vacated by the Duterte Youth following the cancelation of its registration.
