Voters on Tuesday will decide a pair of high-profile governor’s races and weigh in on a series of other contests that will serve as an unofficial kickoff for the 2026 midterms, and will offer the broadest test yet of the electorate’s mood nearly a year into President Trump’s tumultuous second term.
