State-owned shipbuilding firm Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd (GRSE) has signed a partnership agreement with Bengaluru-based Centum Electronics Limited to jointly develop and enhance high-technology navigation systems for the Indian Navy, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
