Nearly 11 years after Cyclone Hudhud destroyed the Sri Polamamba Fish Market (PFM) in the heart of Visakhapatnam, hundreds of fish-vending families continue to await the promised modern market.

It may be recalled that the powerful cyclone Hudhud, which struck on 12 October 2014, destroyed the old market opposite the VMRDA Central Park in Dwarakanagar.
