Urging Leh Apex Body (LAB) and Kargil Democratic Alliance (KDA) to reconsider their decision to stay away from talks with the Centre, Ladakh Lieutanant Governor Kavinder Gupta on Wednesday (October 1, 2025) said any matter can be resolved by sitting across the table.
