The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday hit back at Congress MP and Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi after his “vote theft” allegations in the 2024 Haryana Assembly elections, mocking his claims as “baseless drama” and accusing him of “importing ideas from foreign trips.”
Addressing a press conference at the BJP headquarters in New Delhi, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju ridiculed Gandhi’s claim that a “Brazilian model’s photo” was used multiple times in Haryana’s voter lists, calling it another example of the Congress leader’s “habit of creating fake issues.”
