Doha – The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has officially rejected the Memorandum of Understanding between the Southern African Development Community (SADC) and the self-proclaimed “Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic,” joining several other African countries in denouncing the unauthorized agreement.
