The City of Cape Town’s Deputy Mayor, Alderman Eddie Andrews, was joined by diplomats, religious leaders, members of the South African National Defence Force and other dignitaries to lay wreaths in tribute to fallen heroes for the Annual Remembrance Day (Armistice Day) Memorial Service and Wreath Laying Ceremony.
