An abuse victim has resigned from the panel overseeing the national inquiry into grooming gangs, over fears of a conflict of interest with two potential chairs. Fiona Goddard, who was abused by gangs of men while living in a children's home in Bradford, said she was failed "multiple times" by social services and police.
