The India Meteorological Department (IMD) sounded red and orange alerts for 23 of 26 districts in Andhra Pradesh for Monday (October 27, 2025) in view of the cyclonic storm ‘Montha’ which is likely to be formed on Monday morning.
The districts where a red alert has been sounded are: SPSR Nellore, Prakasam, Bapatla, Krishna, West Godavari, Dr. B.R.
