Renewable energy jobs are not being created quickly enough to match a decline in the North Sea oil and gas industry, MPs have warned. A report from the Scottish Affairs Committee says Scotland's energy sector is at a "critical juncture", and that more action is needed at both Holyrood and Westminster to protect communities from the impact of the transition away from fossil fuels.
