Delhi on Sunday recorded a minimum temperature of 15.8 degrees Celsius, the lowest recorded in October in the past two years. However, the air quality slipped into the "very poor" category ahead of a planned cloud seeding exercise to induce artificial rain in the city later this month in an effort to clear the air.
The national capital registered an Air Quality Index (AQI) of 324, which falls in the "very poor" category, compared to 292 a day earlier. The AQI had been "poor" the past two days.
