KUALA LUMPUR: Unpredictable weather conditions, characterised by intermittent heavy rain, have increased the number of flood evacuees in five states: Terengganu, Perak, Perlis, Selangor, and Pahang, while Kelantan and Kedah saw a slight decline.
In TERENGGANU, the number of evacuees rose to 4,111 people from 1,245 families in the afternoon, up from 3,483 people from 1,131 families reported on Thursday morning (Nov 27), with 49 temporary relief centres operating across seven districts.
