Former England cricketer Robin Smith died at his home in Perth on Monday, aged 62. His passing was confirmed on Tuesday by Hampshire County Cricket Club and announced publicly by former teammate Kevan James. The England and Wales Cricket Board said the cause of death is “currently unknown.”
Smith, born in South Africa, represented England in 62 Test matches and 71 ODIS between 1988 and 1996.
