Morgan Stanley expects Argentina’s peso to weaken sharply after the legislative elections, with the scale of depreciation hinging on the outcome of the vote.
In a report to clients, the Wall Street investment bank said both monetary and exchange rate policy would need to be adjusted after the October 26 vote, regardless of the outcome.
