Kristina, a professional belly dancer from Kazakhstan, was performing in front of the crowd at the Goa nightclub, when tragedy struck. The blaze left 26 dead and several others injured. Staff members and tourists were among those who died in the fire. Most of the deaths were caused by suffocation, as the victims got trapped on the ground floor and in the kitchen.
