Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced a series of actions that could essentially ban gender-affirming care for youth all over the country, including in states where it's still legal and protected. SIMMONS-DUFFIN: Well, the biggest moves are the release of two proposed rules from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which is led by Dr. Mehmet Oz.
