Russia, U.S. talks on a plan to end the nearly four-year war in Ukraine were proceeding constructively, a Kremlin envoy said Saturday, while Ukraineβs president said the negotiations were moving quickly.
The talks in Florida are part of the Trump administrationβs monthslong push for peace that also included meetings with Ukrainian and European officials in Berlin earlier this week.
