A man who fatally shot another man with a bow and arrow in a New Jersey suburb was arrested Sunday, after an hourslong standoff with police as he barricaded himself inside a house he eventually set on fire, CNN affiliates WABC and WCBS reported.
The scene unfolded Saturday evening around 7 p.m.
