Libyaโs Interior Ministry said the flight recorder recovered from a plane crash in Tรผrkiye that killed a senior Libyan military official and others will be sent to Germany for technical analysis as part of the investigation.
This is intended to ensure a "precise technical analysis," the ministry said.
