Dhaka Capitals’ assistant coach Mahbub Ali Zaki passed away after suffering a heart attack on the field moments before their opening match of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) against Rajshahi Warriors at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium on Saturday, December 27.
The tragic incident occurred shortly before the scheduled start of the match, when Zaki suddenly fell ill during the team’s preparations.
