At least 114 people were killed over the past week in Sudan's western Darfur region in attacks carried out by Sudanβs army and rival paramilitary forces, medical sources told AFP on Sunday.
Since April 2023, Sudan has been gripped by a war between the army and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF), which in October seized the army's last holdout position in Darfur.
