The makers of Jana Nayagan were referred back to the Madras High Court by the Supreme Court on Thursday after the producers contested the stay on the film's censor certificate. The case is now scheduled to be heard around January 20, and if the verdict goes in favour of KVN Productions, the team is likely to target a Republic Day release, reported Sacnilk.
