European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen on Sunday pitched India and the European Union as partners offering an alternative model of global cooperation, saying their growing strategic ties could help βheal a fractured worldβ marked by conflict, protectionism and political uncertainty.
Sharing her first message after arriving in the national capital, von der Leyen underlined the importance of openness and dialogue in international relations.
