Marrakech – Morocco’s Justice Minister Abdellatif Ouahbi and his French counterpart GΓ©rald Darmanin signed a comprehensive technical cooperation agreement in Rabat on Monday, establishing a strategic framework for judicial collaboration through 2028.

The three-year action plan builds on a series of bilateral accords dating back to 2012. Previous agreements include an administrative arrangement signed in December 2012, a memorandum of understanding from March 2018, and the 2024-2026 action plan concluded in May 2024.
