What does it mean to lead the Australian pace attack in the absence of guys like Pat Cummins, Josh Hazelwood and Mitchell Starc?
[Nathan Ellis:]
Yeah, I don't look at myself as the leader of the attack. It means a lot for me to be here in the Australian jersey at a World Cup. That's probably the biggest thing. So we've had a really good lead in. We're all looking forward to tonight. So yeah, good to get the first one out of the way and a win on the board.
[Reporter:]
Just like I talk about the back of the hand slower delivery, it's very hard to execute. Today, you just ran in first ball. You hit your target. And also, you seem to have multiple variation because of slower delivery. So at which point do you choose which one to deliver? And is it based on the conditions?
[Nathan Ellis:]
Very much so.
