While independent confirmation is unlikely to come forth anytime soon, a senior OpenAI engineer is giving a glimpse into the future of software development and IT work, based on how his company is internally using Codex AI. Sherwin Wu, who leads engineering for a couple of OpenAI products, on Friday claimed that within his company almost 95 per cent engineers are using Codex for their software development work.
