The State must pay β¬9,500 and β¬6,000 to two male asylum seekers who were left homeless upon their arrival in the State three years ago, a High Court judge has ruled.
In a decision that will affect some 50 other claims, Judge Cian Ferriter held that the two men should be compensated for the Stateβs breach of its duties to them.
