Ever had an exchange with someone in your circle that makes you feel like you sprouted a few more gray hairs?

You might not be totally imagining it.

A recent study published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences this February found that those of us who have more people β€œwho create problems or make life more difficult” in our lives (the researchers brand these types as β€œhasslers”) can be seen to have a higher age biologically than their true chronological age.
