WHEN the sun sets in Black River, St Elizabeth, the community is left in pitch-darkness. Headlights from passing cars and the moon illuminate the space, giving a glimpse of the lingering destruction β€” a haunting reminder of the rampaging Category 5 Hurricane Melissa.
