ICEBlock is a popular app that tracks sightings of immigration agents. But under pressure from the Trump administration, the app was removed from Apple's App Store. Now, the app's developer is suing the Trump administration. NPR's Bobby Allyn joins us now to talk about that lawsuit and why Trump officials say the app is such a threat. Hi, Bobby.

CHANG: Hey. OK, so how does this ICEBlock app work, exactly?
ALLYN: Yeah, so it's a crowdsourced map app. You can download it and then anonymously send out alerts when you see an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent.
