In the aftermath of an ICE officer shooting and killing a woman in Minneapolis on Wednesday, President Donald Trump claimed in a post online that video from the incident showed the woman “violently, willfully, and viciously ran over” the officer.
The Department of Homeland Security, in the initial wake of the shooting, also said in a statement that the woman was attempting to run over officers with her car “to kill them.”
