Much of the rest of the world is struggling just to keep up, let alone craft a coherent, effective response. But some leaders are beginning to find their footing. Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney seems to be one such figure. In a forceful speech at Davos on Tuesday that is already being cited as a blueprint, Carney laid out his vision for how to push back against Trump’s chaos.
