Fiji's High Court has ruled that the President had acted "unlawfully" when he dismissed Barbara Malimali as the commissioner of the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption.
Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu initially suspended Malimali in May 2025 and subsequently revoked her appointment in June 2025.
