Two TDs have argued they are entitled to legal costs incurred in an unsuccessful High Court challenge to the constitutionality of “super junior” ministers’ attending Government meetings.
Sinn Féin’s Pa Daly and People Before Profit’s Paul Murphy argued that their cases raised issues of constitutional and public importance.
