CONCERNED that there may be a repeat of the damage done by last Octoberβs Hurricane Melissa β which wrecked history-rich buildings such as his companyβs Fairfield Road office and his familyβs Bellefield Great House β businessman Mark Kerr-Jarrett is among developers eager to hear more about the Governmentβs plan to share with them a tool that can help identify at-risk areas and suggest steps that can safeguard assets.
