Iran's withdrawal threat from the upcoming football World Cup has left FIFA looking into different options with the tournament kicking off in early June in the USA, Mexico and Canada. Iran'S Sports Minister Ahmad Donyamali said on Wednesday, March 11, that they won't be taking part in the tournament following airstrikes carried out by co-host nation the United States along with Israel that reportedly killed Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
