US President Donald Trump's administration declined an offer from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy last August to share technology designed to shoot down Iranian-made Shahed drones, a decision American officials now see as a costly tactical mistake in light of the escalating war with Iran, according to an Axios report.
