Two weeks ago, the government launched the third Kenya National Action Plan (Knap III) for the advancement of the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security (WPS), but once again, without money to implement it.

The five-year plan (2025–29) builds on the painfully slow progress of the previous two Knaps.
