On Saturday, I attended the fifth anniversary of the Athena, a mentorship platform that brings together men and women from across professions to learn from each other, to connect and to make sense of the world. A typical Athena event begins with a keynote address by the patron, Ambassador Dr Monica Juma. This sets the stage for the conversations of the day, organised around a central theme.
Saturdayβs theme was βQuantum Quest: From Crisis to Catalyst,β with a focus on technologies and how the shifts are changing different industries and what we must do (or continue to do) to adapt.
